This is much closer to the final design than the drawing on page 94. Its elaborately gabled Scots Renaissance attic storey and the windows on the lower floors are as built. Some of the details on the tower, however, would undergo further modification. Both the Italianate Romanesque triple-arched window and the street door at the corner of the tower would be given a simpler treatment.
